The Solicitors’ Regulation Authority requires us to present price information for certain categories of work in a clear and easy to understand format.
We do not carry out work on a fixed fee basis but will always give our clients a detailed estimate of our charges including an estimate of the additional third party expenses (disbursements) that will need to be paid. Our estimates are based on whether the property is leasehold or freehold in conveyancing matters, the capital value of the transaction and the time we estimate will be spent dealing with the transaction applying an hourly charging rate depending on the fee earner dealing with the matter. We value the personal relationship we have with our clients and in our experience no two clients or matters are identical.
For these reasons we do not provide a costs calculator on our website or the means to generate a costs estimate.
We ask our clients and potential new clients to communicate with us personally, via this website, email, telephone (or even letter!) and when we have enough information we will produce a bespoke detailed estimate of costs.
If you instruct us one of our qualified and experienced lawyers will act for you and that person will have responsibility for the conduct of your matter from beginning to end. The non-partner members of the team are supervised by a partner.
